How fast is delivery?

Delivery starts automatically once the payment processor confirms your payment. Ranks and keys are applied to the Minecraft username selected at checkout.

Contact support with your order ID. We can move an unfulfilled delivery to the correct account.

How do I cancel a rank subscription?

Rank memberships bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal link in your payment receipt.
