Privacy Policy
Who sells to you
Purchases are sold and processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record. Tebex is the data controller for payment information; StarfadeSMP never sees or stores card details. Tebex's own privacy policy governs that data and is available at tebex.io/privacy.
What Tebex shares with us
We receive the delivery username, the packages bought, the amount, and whether a payment succeeded, was refunded or charged back. This is what lets us deliver a purchase and remove it if a payment is reversed.
Discord notifications
When a purchase completes, the buyer name, the package and the amount are posted to a private staff channel on Discord. This is visible to staff only.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as Tebex retains them, which is required for accounting and dispute handling. In-game rank and cosmetic records are kept while your account exists on the network.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data. For payment records, contact Tebex directly, since they hold that data. For in-game records, open a ticket on our Discord.
What we collect
The Minecraft username and UUID you select as the delivery account, your order history, and the payment metadata returned by our payment processor. We never collect or store Minecraft or Microsoft passwords.
Payment data
Card details are entered directly with the payment processor and never reach StarfadeSMP servers.
Storage
Cart contents and the selected delivery account are stored in your browser so your session survives a refresh. You can clear them at any time by emptying the cart and removing the account.
