Refund Policy
Who handles refunds
Tebex Limited is the merchant of record and processes every payment and refund. A refund request goes through them, and their decision is what moves the money. We can approve a refund on our side but we cannot issue one ourselves.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Buyers in the EU and UK have a 14 day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. That right is waived once delivery begins, which for a crate key or a kit is immediate. Where the right still applies, exercise it through Tebex.
What a refund removes
A refunded or charged back purchase has its benefits removed automatically: ranks are revoked, cosmetics are taken back. This happens whether or not the items have been used.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback rather than contacting us first results in the purchase being reversed in game and a store ban. Tebex is notified of every chargeback and applies its own measures as well.
Undelivered orders
If a paid order is not delivered to the selected account, contact support with your order ID for a full refund or manual delivery.
Delivered digital goods
Crate keys that have already been used are non-refundable, as the rewards are granted immediately.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a rank membership stops future renewals. Partial months are not refunded unless the benefits were unavailable due to a fault on our side.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in the removal of purchased benefits and a store ban.
